Rent a Vacation Home on Cape Cod!

Rental Procedure
Once you choose your home and the reservation is confirmed with the owner, we will send you a lease. First payment of half the rent plus a $55 reservation fee and a signed lease is due within 10 days. The balance of the payment and a security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 60 days from the arrival date require full payment. A personal check, cashier’s check or money order or wire transfer is required. We do not accept credit cards. Please note that rentals generally run from Saturday to Saturday. Multiple weeks are available— often at a reduced rate. The availability of our homes is constantly updated, however they are subject to pending reservations and confirmation by owner.
