This lovely well-maintained home with an open floor plan that has hardwood floors on the first floor. The living room as well as a den is on the first floor along with a fully equipped kitchen, a half bath with shower stall and a large dining room. Upstairs are three bedrooms. One has a queen, one has a queen and a twin and one has two twin beds. There is a full bath. Each bedroom has a window A/C unit along with a ceiling fan and there is a wall unit which cools the first floor. For your enjoyment there is a bumper pool table in the basement. Out in the level yard there is a hammock, outdoor ping pong table, large deck with a dining table and comfortable outdoor seating under an umbrella. $100 PER WEEK DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE WEEK RENTALS. - All reservations have a $100 reservation fee and a refundable security deposit. -
