What a great location! Short walking distance to Campground Beach as well as a private neighborhood association beach. This home is all one level with an open kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the other two have two twins each. There are A/C units in the main bedroom and the living area. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, wireless internet, and TV with streaming services. Private level yard on a sandy road with a wrap around deck, private outdoor shower, and gas grill. $100 per week discount for multiple week reservations. Will do three night minimum from 5/21 to 6/12 at $325 a night plus $125 cleaning fee. Call to inquire. - All reservations have an additional $200 reservation fee, 14.45% short-term rental tax, and a refundable security deposit. -
