All bedrooms have window A/C units as well as the living room and den. Other amenities include wireless internet, washer, dryer, Smart TVs in living room and den, large private backyard with deck, enclosed outdoor shower, and gas grill. $200 per week discount for multiple week reservations. - All reservations have an additional a $100 reservation fee and refundable security deposit. -
