This classic Cape Cod cottage is complete with knotty pine walls with colorful bedrooms, and is located near a private road with an enclosed yard. Close to the bike trail, swimming pond, library, and minutes drive to bay and ocean beaches. There are three bedrooms with a full bed, a twin and a queen size futon. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer are accessed in basement through the bulkhead. Wireless Internet and Smart TV. $25 per week discount for multiple week reservations. - All reservations have an additional $200 reservation fee, 14.45% short-term rental tax, and a refundable security deposit. -
