There are A/C units in both bedrooms and LR. And a new flat screen TV. This is a very affordable vacation for 4 people and a pet! DOGS ALLOWED WITH $100 CLEANING FEE AND PROOF OF FLEA/TICK PROTECTION. $50 PER WEEK DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE WEEK RESERVATIONS. - All reservations have a $100 reservation fee and a refundable security deposit. -
