Close to LeCount Hollow, Marconi beaches, and an 8 minute walk to bike rentals, Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a French bakery. It features all the amenities you need for a Cape Cod vacation. The first floor features a large living area with views, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king bed, and a bathroom with shower. Second floor features a recreation room with Smart TV and futon, one bedroom with a full and twin, one bedroom with a queen, and one bedroom with a twin as well a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Other amenities include a private outdoor shower and a deck with gas grill, wireless internet, washer and dryer, and Smart TVs. $100 per week discount for multiple week reservations. - All reservations have an additional $200 reservation fee, 14.45% short-term rental tax, and a refundable security deposit. -
