The third bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has one Queen sized bed. This house boasts 3 decks, 2 overlooking the marsh and bay on the much sought after Lieutenant Island in Wellfleet. As you cross the marsh and drive over a wooden arched bridge you will experience Cape Cod at its best. New wood floors throughout the house. Flat screen TV. 2 new decks in front of house. This lovely home is only 1/3 mile to a sandy bay beach. All new kitchen appliances. Dogs accepted with an additional $100 cleaning fee and proof of flea and tick protection. $50 PER WEEK DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE WEEK RENTALS. - All reservations have an additional $200 reservation fee, 14.45% short-term rental tax, and a refundable security deposit. -
