As you cross the marsh and drive over a wooden arched bridge you will experience Cape Cod at its best. New wood floors throughout the house. Flat screen TV. 2 new decks in front of house. This lovely home is only 1/3 mile to a sandy bay beach. All new kitchen appliances.
