This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is in excellent condition and very well maintained. Spacious living area with A/C mini split. The first floor has a queen size bed and stall shower. The second floor has two bedrooms and a tub/shower with A/C units. There is a queen bed in one room and a queen and twin in the other. It is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the bike trail and not far from Nauset Light Beach. The large deck has a covered pergola for pleasant outdoor dining. $50 PER WEEK REDUCTION FOR MULTIPLE WEEK RENTALS. - All reservations have an additional $200 reservation fee, 14.45% short-term rental tax, and a refundable security deposit. -
