SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL. Central Air Conditioning! This two bedroom, one bath has an kitchen that is open to the living room for room to relax. Located 3/10th of a mile to Sunken Meadow beach. Go to the beach and come home for lunch. There are two bedrooms one with a queen and a twin and one with a full and a twin. There is a deck off the kitchen and private enclosed shower for washing off after a long day at the beach. DOGS ALLOWED WITH $100 CLEANING FEE AND PROOF OF FLEA/TICK PROTECTION. Certain breeds are not allowed. $100 PER WEEK DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE WEEK RENTALS. - All reservations have an additional $200 reservation fee, 14.45% short-term rental tax, and a refundable security deposit. -
